A black beer, a head is medium and brown. Aroma has caramel, liquorice, chocolate, hazelnut, some coconut. Taste has caramel, liquorice, coconut, some roastiness, but quite sweet. Full bodied, not stickyness. I love this kind of beers from Omnipollo, delicious.

Svart utan skum. Doft av cocos, lönnsirap och lakrits. Söt och fyllig med smak av lakrits, lönnsirap, rostning, choklad och alkohol. Spretar och far åt alla håll och kanter.

17/XII/21 - 33cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte), shared @ Liberty Tattoos (Antwerp), BB: 17/I/21 (2021-1569)
Clear dark brown to black beer, practically no head. Aroma: lots of maple, toasted pecans, dusty, roasted. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lovely, good roast, bitter, vanilla, coffee, lots of maple, caramel, some alcohol burn. Aftertaste: nice bitterness, sweet, alcohol, caramel, dry, bit dusty, coconut, lovely beer.

Bottle, courtesy of Ryan
Pitch black colour, almost no head. Strong aroma of maple syrup, chocolate. Thick mouthfeel, it's moderately sweet (almost as if the thickness comes from else that just the sugars), roasted malt, a bit of acidity, and a lot of maple syrup. The alcohol is well hidden.
Interesting, but overpriced.

330ml on Alex's porch shared with Ryan. Appearance: dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: lots of maple syrup with dark fruits, not sure how even to find a coconut with that much of maple syrup. Taste: nice sweetness and body with some light acidity. Nice body, good sweetness. Overall: surprisingly a quite nice beer even for the European guy who was not exposed to the maple syrup in his childhood.

Poured from 330mL bottle. Near black with minimal beige ring. Maple, mild coconut with light burnt toast quality, brown sugar, alcohol decently hidden. Medium body, not overly rich. Decent.
