Bottle from Half Time. Pours brown with a few bubbles. Aroma is mildly fruity sour. Med. minus body; fizzy carbonation. Slightly sour. Otherwise suggests cola. Finishes dry/light sour. Decent drink.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. An unclear, murky brown beer with a fine beige head leaving lacings. Sourish nose, citrus and lemon, with some dried fruits and caramel. Citrusy flavor with caramel and some cellar. Yeasty notes too. Dry. Sour and bitter finish. Where the Blond was a pleasant, tasteful beer, this one is almost the opposite. 091024

Bottle, 6.8%. Mild spicy aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small stable tan head. The flavour is OK malty with a little brett note which freshens it up and balances it off nicely.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a deep amber with big chunky floaties with an off-white head - rather disgusting looking really. Aroma of dried fruit and a yummy Bretty edge. Medium body, heavy carbonation, dried frut and dry burned caramel. Dry and astringent finish. 241009

Huge brown-beige head, ovre hazy red-brown beer. Thick malty, syrupy nose, some smell of raw - if fresh - eggs, and autumn leaves. Very malty. Empty, dull-sweet, pointing all the way to fully fermented brown candi sugar. Faint dry malts, watered-down candi syrup. Light, watery & thin MF. Frustratingly disappointing beer, certainly seen the surprisingly pleasing Blonde.
