Pale yellow in colour, a bit cloudy in appearance. The aroma is fresh and fruity with notes of lime, passion fruit and a graceful resinous undertone. On the palate, bread crust and cereals balance the mild acidity which lingers into the finish. Body is thin, carbonation is quite lively. A sparkling thirst quenching beer, crisp and easy to drink.

Draft glass @ CML Fontainas. Lemon golden, almost green hue, soapy white head. Nose is mellow grain, pleasant greenish basic lemon low sour profile, vaguely lactic,... Body is pleasant refreshing easy drinking lactic green apple, pleasant soap, flowers, green apple, refreshing, low grain,... Body is green apple, flower, vague ice tea, almost good soap,... Pleasant interesting refreshing brew.

Hazy pale yellow with fluffy white top. Sour grain, elderflower, white grape, light dank hoppiness, light floral and wuite fruity. Lemon, lime. Light sour, light bitter, some fruity sweetness. Under medium body, light lactic touch. Soft carbonation. Nice!

Tap at Moeder Fontainas. Hazy pale greenish straw with bright white head. Lemon, green melon, lime rind, light mineral. Under medium sour and very light sweet. Under medium bodied. Not too sour and quite fruity, this is pretty good!

On tap @Queen Makeda (Rome). Pours cloudy pale yellow, opalescent, with a medium and persistent white head. Aroma of lemon, lime zest, yeasts. Flavour is delicate sourish, lemon, light tart, fresh. Light body, medium to light carbonation. Refreshing.
