On tap at 21st Amendment. A clear, pale golden beer served with a small, white head. Rather weak aroma, with pale malts and a fruity touch. Boring I think, but far from bad. Boring flavor too, mostly fruity, with some pale malt notes and bitterness. Medium body, quite dry on the palate. Dry, bitter finish. Boring, but refreshing. 130805

Taken at the brewpub on 5 Feb 2013 during ’Strong Beer Month’. The light golden beer had a slight haze within the body and a thin white head. The nose was of floral hops and some grain notes: the taste was also hop dominated with only hints of maltiness if you searched for them. Refreshing enough but no great flavours to get excited about.

On tap. Pours with a very pale, clear straw colored body with noticeable carbonation and a small white head that is quick to fade. Aromas are lightly toasty, grainy aroma, light grassy hop note (saaz?). Very light aroma. Flavors are bready, grainy, toasty, watery, pils malt, light DMS, decently bitter with a bitter/dry balance. Spicy hop profile. Grainy and dry in the finish with lively bubbles.

Draught at the brewpub. Pale golden brief head. aroma of burnt corn. Sweet and light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Creamy with notes of nuts, vanilla and irange. Low bitterness. A biy sharp in the mouth to be really refreshing.
