Bought Flensburg, Germany: Can. Very similar to the other pale lagers Harboe’ brews. Golden with a off white bubbly head. Sweet grain/hay/corn aroma. Thin/watery body. Slight metallic notes. A can of beer you find in a junkyard with shit all over it!

Can. A light golden beer with huge white head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of malt - but also a light skunky note, which makes it boring. The flavor is sweet lmaty with light notes of straw and more pronounced notes of brewing cereal giving it a slightly acidic edge, before a dry bitter finish sets in. The body is thin - thanks to the brewing cereal. Thanks Papsoe for supplying me with this seldom beer.

Canned. Pale golden, airy head. Very neutral. Fruity and mellow. Light bodied, completely lacking hop flavour, straightforward malt/adjuct character. No bitterness. Harmless.

Can. Thx HenrikSoegaard, you saved me from buying a whole crate. Which I probably wouldn’t have done anyway. Clear, pale golden body, with a minimal, white head. Weak aroma, grass and some grain. The flavor is weak and grainy as well, with some bitterness from the hops. Wax-like, thin mouthfeel, and a grainy and a bit grassy finish. Hmm, I guess someone measured incorrectly when they added the hops. (070802)
