August 2007: Cask conditioned at The Cask & Barrel, Edinburgh. Served too warm. Amber colour, creamy head. Very nice aroma of fruity and zesty hops, hints of blackcurrants and maybe some balsamic vinegar. The flavour did not take advantage of the beer being served too warm. Biscuity flavour with tolerable hops, but not very exciting.

Cask at The Cask and Barrel, Edinburgh. A golden beer with a thin dense lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of caramel - and so is the flavor.

Cask at Cask and Barrel, Edinburgh. Golden colour, creamyhead. Strong grassy aroma. Sweet and fruity with soft mouthfilling maltiness. Caramelly malt flavours are folllowed by flowery, salty bitterness.

Cask handpull at Cask & Barrel, Edinburgh. Gold, some hop, easy drinking light bitter, some tingle form rubbery hop on end.
