Lager a deep gold with a nice dense head. The aroma is solid bready malts and noble hops. Light somewhat watery body with a semi-dry finish. The taste is pretty good: crackery light malts, green Perfumey hops and a crisp finish. Color me surprised, no menus, visible signs of brewing or clear idea who is staff or customer I didn’t expect them to serve me a decent Pilsner.

Hazy light bronze with a thin head. The aroma has a rustic, deep fruity, herbal quality with some light spicy hop. Moderate bitterness and a more minerally palate than most Hanoi brewpub beers. One of the fullest bodies for the type as well. Good brew.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy deep golden, small head. Vague hay aroma. Medium dry with clean mouthfeel. Light-medium bodied with faint flavour of fruit, caramel and candy. Finishes with low bitterness, but some hay and floral hops are there.
