Welcome to Japan! The mixed notes of lemon peel, japanese hop, ginger and wasabi in this beer give a particular caracter with a round body and a delicate bitterness as aftertaste. Should be ideal with raw fish!

Joint purchase. 500 ml. bottle split with Kraddel. Hazy orange, big creamy white. Nose is overly big on perfume, floral notes, usual plastic, grainy, over carbonated, bad stone fruit Beerstorming base, perfume ginger,... Wasabi, almost all of the ginger & lemon peel are sadly lost in the taste,... Just extreme carbonation, soap, perfume, grainy, overly plastic, perfume sweet,... Usual Beerstorming affair, meh,... After some really poor Beerstorming beers almost a blessing.

Bottle shared with Eugene. Thnx! Pours unclear, warm amber. Big white head. Smell is weird, bit yeasty. Taste is rather bitter. Mild yeasty, some sidenores I can’t really name ( probably wasabi ? )
