Bottle from Bellingers, Jet Garage, Grove Nr Wantage, Oxon, consumed 31-07-09 Pours rich ruby with a wonderful clean off white head looks absolutely perfect. Aroma is a soft maltyness with a little toffee also a little citrus. Taste is streaky citric bitternes, toffee, nicely malty. This is good beer as you might expect from Wagtail but not the best from their impressive stable. A6 A5 F6 P3 Ov12 3.2

Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockgholm. Pale nut brown, small head. Toasty caramelly appley nose. Fairly light bodied with low carbonation amnd soft, chewy mouthfeel. Fresh and vital despite notes of burnt sugar. Finishes more sweet than bitter.

[500ml bottle from Norfolk Square Brewery Shop, Great Yarmouth] Pours reddish brown with a negligible beige head. Bitter, dry and earthy, rather watery with prickly but slight carbonation. Nothing special here.

500ml Bottle - Brown in colour. Fruity aroma with vanilla and some musty elements. Fairly bitter taste with mild sweetness, some vanilla notes and malty hints. Fairly tasty.
