Bottled@Monks Cafe Wallingatan, Stockholm. Pale yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is sweet wheat, mild grass, some slight gluelike notes as well as mild citrus. Flavour is very similar. Quite sweet, without too much balance.

Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Clear golden, some sediment, rich head. Fruity nose with light juicy tangerine and some coriander. Fairly light bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Light soapy and a bit lagerlike with it’s fruityness, but with unmistakable witbier flavours.

12 oz bottle-pours a foamy white head and hazy yellow color…swirled the last few ounces in the bottle, now cloudy yellow. Aroma is coriander, grain/wheat. Taste is coriander, grain/wheat with some sweetness, yeast, some hops to balance. Thanks to Joe-jwc215 for picking this out.

12oz shorty bottle. Hazy orange, with a effervescent carbonation and head. Fragrant spiced candy orange aroma. Heavily spiced, but with a creamy, fluffy body that makes it highly palatable. Spicy aftertaste, certainly not trying to be a Hoegaarden clone. Sage, cardamom, clove. Pretty good.

Shaker pour @ moto-i. Completely murky, yet glowing golden. Has a slightly sticky lacing. Cannot see through it. The beer is just a coriander bomb throughout, not much more. A bit more citric in the aroma and more mineral and earthy in the flavor. Fortunately, I heart coriander.

Bottle from Beer Geek. Hazy golden color with an emphemeral white head. Aroma is a bit menthol. Near medium body with spritzy carbonation. Flavor is a bit mentholic, quickly reducing to more regular spice. Whatever they used, it is really flavorful. Finish is a bit vegy, but that’s not so bad. Quite an interesting experience.

12 ounce bottle courtesy of Skyview. Pours a hazy peach color with a thin head. Almost no retention and poor lacing. Aroma is caramel, yeast and overwhelming spice. Taste is harsh spices with hints of bread. Medium bodied. Not a very pleasant experience.

This white ale poured a very light yellow colour with a bright white smooth head. To the nose there are scents of ripe fruit, pineapple, yeast and lemon. First taste is smooth and creamy with flavours of spice, hopps and lemon. Palate is slightly yeasty with a bitter flavour that lasts into the palate.

Slightly hazy golden beer with a lasting white head. Strong spice aroma, coriander, cardemum, spruce and a touch of citrus. Dry and way over-spiced flavour.

Hazy light yellow body, thick off-white head. Strong coriander and spice aroma, dry. Creamy body dominated by coriander, lacks sharpness or bite. Ester- and spice-dominated. Average.
