Sample from tap at the brewery. Pours golden yellow with a white head. Aroma of cardemmo, strictly slight soapy. Flavour is cardemom, soft sweetness going into a cardemom bitterness blend. Slight soapy finish. I guess this could work for Christmas, but I guess that the 2nd/3rd etc generation scandinavians in Minnesota have taste buds for this I don’t have as a Dane.

Good aroma with coriander, citrus, and surprisingly butter. A very smooth and easy to drink beer, particularly compared to the heavily hopped Surly beer that preceeded it. Sweet wheaty flavor, and a little sour in the finish. Draught poor at the Blue Nile. Sadly, this looks filtered as there is no sediment to be seen. Still, good job with this and way to go for trying something different.
