Bière 33 cl reçue dans le calendrier de l'avent une petit mousse. Blonde claire légèrement trouble et peu bulleuse. Nez aux arômes discrets, avec du fruit et du foin. L’attaque est fruitée, avec des notes de fruits jaunes, de pèche, de fruits de la passion et mangue. Belle amertume sèche en fin de bouche. Pas mal du tout, j'apprécierais qu'elle ait une carbonatation un peu plus développée.

330 ml. bottle @ home. Bottled 03.16. Going by the name I assumed that this is an IPL - apparently this is a American Pale Ale - so yeah this is not a pils but also what? Hazy golden, little white. Nose is mango mixed with upleasant plaster & paint with varnish hop, hop profile here is largely not pleasant. Fizzy with some chalky yeast body. Body is pleasant mango hop mixed with unpleasant weed heavy hops, paint, huge unpleasant weeds, plaster, chalk, paint profile going by hop & yeast. Mango profile is pleasant but the rest is unplesant, plaster, chalk, paint etc.
