330ml bottle. Opalescent, amber colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. mellow, minimally starchy, caramel malty aroma, whiffs of toffee. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty and mildly bitter, minimally leafy and grassy hoppy, hints of caramel, a touch of toffee.
Watery texture, smooth, minimally dry palate, medium, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Clean, simple, focussed - OK.

Greizer Fürstengold, Jubiläumsbier, Fläschchen von Getränke Huster, Schleiz. - Kupfergoldbraun, klar. (15.10.2022.)

Bottle in Sofia, Bulgaria. Pours perfectly clear, rich gold with a frothy, white cap. Malty aroma with nips of leaves and dried fruits. Light sweet flavor with metallic twang, faint leafy bitterness, overripe fruits, citrus, toasty bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp finish thanks to that metallic bite, with crunchy toasted malts, faint dry caramel, mild earth. Nothing special.

Bottle looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice head. Starts not as strong as exspected, malty, fine spicy, background hoppy-dry, modest sourish. Some fruity notes. Well balanced finish, quite drinkable. Not bad!

Bottled. Clear pale amber, no head. Vague caramel aroma. Medium bodied with clean hard mouthfeel and low bitterness. Notes of marzipan, but overall it makes a lifeless impression.

33cl bottle; Clear, deep golden colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet bready and slightly toasted malty aroma with light notes of caramel and herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Cara-malty, slightly toasted taste with shy hints of nuts and marzipan; sweet and slightly bitter malty finish with a light but still present herbal hoppy touch. Solid Festbier/Märzen 19.VIII.09

Bottle:Deep golden, medium sized off-white head; moderate sweet-malty nose touched by hops and toasted malt; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, soft MF; almonds or marzipan in the slightly lingering sweet-bitter finish. A quite complex goody....

bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear, deep golden-brownish colour, mid-sized beige hgead. Fruity nose. Intensively malty with some fruity hints and nutty flavours, as well as good aromatic hops. A well-balanced and really pleasant brew.
