A tantalising aroma of citrus and flowers prepares you for a generous earthy bitterness. The rich nutty malts provide the perfect balancing act

Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Almost clear nut brown. Fruity hay aroma. Sweet, medium bodied with well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and quite hoppy with hay and salt leading to a long resiny bitter finish

Cask at the Monks Retreat (JDW), Reading. Amber with a dense cream head; aroma of toasted grain and light fruit; smooth and slightly prickly in the mouth with autumn fruit flavours and a touch of Garibaldi biscuit; refined, dry, bitter, finish. A very pleasing bitter.
