Bottle at home just random grocery grab. Pale yellow pour. Nose is yeasty and straw. Tastes of straw, bready, paper, dry hops, maybe lemon zest. Watery. Slightly odd aftertaste.

Bottled@SBWF 2009.
Hazy yellow color, small white head. Czech style diacetyl in the nose. Flavor is sweetish, buttery with some late bitterness. Very Czech-like pils, a bit similar to Mikkeller’s Tjekket Pils.

Bottle Poured pale lemon gold with thin white head. Nice hoppy aroma, but a little too hoppy for a pilsener. Citrusy, hoppy flavour with a bit of sourness. Sourness and lack of balance in the finish.

Bottle courtesy of CBA: Poured a golden color lager with a small white bubbly head with some minimal retention. Aroma of hops is quite dry with probably a lot of Saap hops in there. Taste is dominated by Saaz hops with a dry finish. Body is above average for the style with some medium carbonation. While this is an enjoyable beer, I thought it was slightly too hoppy for the style with some subtle notes of overcooked vegetable which I didn’t agree with.

Hazy straw colour. Spicy, slightly yeasty aroma with breezy malts. Low bitterness. Touch of hop grassiness, though. Slightly toasty malts lead to a crisp finish.
