This amber brew is a classic American Pale Ale due to its full flavour and hoppy aroma. It has a great balance between the malt and the hop character. The distinctive hoppy flavour and aroma is a result of the addition of over 11 pounds of fresh Cascade hops per batch.

Bottled in Kimberley, BC. Clear amber, no head. Caramelly nose. Sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. More caramel than hops. Slight resiny bitterness. Feels a bit limp.

Very nice floral hoppy nose. Good sweet malt with notes of cookies blended with floral west coast hops, with very balanced citrus. Good body.

Full amber; big cascade nose - grapefruit, pine. Very thick and saplike that aroma. Fairly even balance - restrained bitterness; some bread crust, wood, earth, citrus.
