On tap at eretici beer festival. A crazy zesty Belgian strong, super intense lemon zest, smooth and sweet. Lovely.

L’ho trovata troppo *spigolosa”. c. Cantina della Birra 05.06.20

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours medium transparency, with fine white foam. Aroma is saison yeast, peach, hay. Body is just a little dense, with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter, quite some sweetness, a tad sour. Alcoholic feeling a little excessive. Finish is fairly long and bitter.

Clear pale blond colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have temind me of a Tripel with the spicy yeast and maybe some orange zest. There a fruity hop element too.

Dark golden to light orange. Slightest hazy, much more on second pour. Huge dense white head shows excellent retention throughout the very last sips. Aroma is strongly resinous and grassy, with citric notes (expecially grapefruit), a crackery base and maybe the slightest spiciness. Taste follows the aroma: a mild crackery base, dominant resinous and grassy notes in both taste and aftertaste, citric notes a bit subdued (again mostly grapefruit). Medium sweet and medium to high bitter with a relatively dry resinous finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation, goes down extremely easy for the abv. Overall definitely ok but also very much monotonous with not much more than that resinous/piney note.

Bottle, many thanks Daniele. 9%, BB 12/2017. Orange bright pour, tick white foam. The nose is a tripode of aromas: mandarine, zest, candy sugar, ripped orange. So charming, really. Mouth: medium-high carbonation, canditi, pastry, bergamot. Bitterness is peppery and pungent, although quite balanced (pretty bitter). Classy one.
