(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 5 Oct 2012) Golden colour with brief, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, grass and gentle aromas of liquorice and salmiak. Malty taste with bread, grass, cereal, fruit and a touch of liquorice. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Rather gentle liquorice character. Decent.

Draught at SBWF. Clear pale golden, minimal head. Subtle licorice aroma, alongside some boiled vegetables. Sweetish with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. The licorice root flavour can be singled out, but it’s fairly subtle, and with a backdrop of macro lager this beer is more interesting on paper than in your glass.

On tap at SBWF 2012. Clear golden with a white head. Quite a lot of licorice both in the aroma and taste. Also malt and spices. A bit strange to be honest.
