Cask @ BA Folkis. Pours yellow, only slightly hazy with a creamy white head. Beautiful! Lovely sweet and citrusy aroma that sends the thoughts to FOX-kola. Mild notes of citrus washing detergent in taste... the right amount to make it bitterly refreshing. Low levels of carbonation. Incredibly smooth and light. This is how a golden ale should taste like!

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm) Pale golden colour, slightly hazy, with brief white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of lemon, grapefruit, peaches, biscuity malt and fresh hops. Fruity taste with slightly bready malt, citrus, grass and gentle hints of grapefruit in a finish with a decent bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Nice and refreshing.

On tap at Bishops Arms, Folkis in September 2012. A bit hazy golden with a small white head. This was once again a descent beer from Skebo. Easy to drink with malt, hay, bread and some grass.

Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm. Hazy golden, small head. Aroma of hay and buttery malt. Dry and very soft with fairly low CO2 content. Like a brilliant cask ale, but on keg. Mid bitter finish.
