Our take on the classic Belgian witbier riffs on the style's characteristic spice profile and takes it all the way back to the motherland of spices. The original recipe for Bombay Dazzler was developed as the world's first Anglo-Indian craft brewing collaboration between Northern Monk Brew Co. and Mumbai's Gateway Brewing Co. We continued refining the recipe with Bundobust to pair seamlessly with their renowned Indian vegan street food. As Bundobust grows their empire, we stepped up the game with Bombay Dazzler and brought it to the Core range where it belongs. As you gaze upon the dazzling label art by our Patron Drew Millward, focus your senses and savour the harmonious algorithm of ginger, cardamom and coriander with your favourite curry.

Can from Stanislaus Brewskovitch, Zwolle. Spicy and herbal aroma with ginger, cardamom, coriander, bready wheat, citrus, and soapy/perfumed notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter. Body is light to medium. Well-made but not the right spice/herb combination for me.

On tap at Tønne, Leicester. Lemon yellow and hazy with almost no head. Aroma dominated by cardamom: lovely but far from complex. Very sweet and spicy, with more cardamom and ground coriander, followed by a small amount of hoppy bitterness in the finish. A different sort of beer and definitely worth trying.

Tap (Szynkarnia, Wrocław). Przyprawowe ale jednocześnie wodniste w smaku, płaskie bez jakiejś nuty przewodniej. Pije się dość przyjemnie ale kompletnie bez szału.

330 ml can. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a fizzy, short-lived white head. The aroma is floral, herbal, ginger. The flavour is earthy malt, floral, lavender with a fresh crisp, dry floral spicy coriander palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Keg at Bundobust. Spiced yeasty aroma. Hazy pale gold. No head. Sweet spices. Light. Thin. Flat. Long finish. Not great. Unless you like sweat spice.
