Bottled, thanks koelschtrinker! Clear bronze colour, small head. Grassy and somewhat fruity with bready malt. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Gentle bitterness. Harmonious and well organized.

Frischer, leicht hopfiger Antrunk mit mild süßer Malznote. Dann herber, die Malzigkeit bleibt gering. Unspektakulär, in Ordnung. 9/9/9/9/8/9

500ml bottle. Clear, deep golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy and strawy aroma, indistinguishable spicy hints. Taste is pale malty, minimally sweetish-herbal-spicy background. Finally not more than a lower average Helles.

bottle, thanks kappldav123! First I thought there was gingerbread in the beer - hence the name, but obviously there isn’t. Why the name? I don’t know. Anyway, the beer pours deep golden with an orange glow, white head and malty aroma. Full-bodied, malty tsrat with honey, some shy, dry hops tune in towards the finish. Quite ok, but I expected something completely different.

Bottle, 5.4%. Hay aroma, weak malt. Clear dark golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is papery and malty, in a good way I think. Not sweet or spicy as expected, but a clean and good lager.

50 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light breadish. Biscuity. Toasted malty, breadish and caramelish. Lingering malty and light bitter.

Got 8 bottles of this in a wooden crate. Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass copper coloured, nice head. Mild hoppy finish. Starts spicy-malty, some herbal notes, dry background. A bit moldy. Not much hints of lebkuchen. Strange beer, but okay.
