Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 10A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch A027. AROMA: a mix of slight acetic and wild yeast aromas with very faint clove and banana notes on the background. APPEARANCE: orange gold color and hazy. large white head with poor retention. TASTE: predominant wild yeast flavours (barnyard, horsy) with faint notes of lactic acid. low bitterness with an almost dry finish with a faint wheat flavour. PALATE: low body with excessive carbonation. OVERALL: yet another contaminated batch that denotes production deficiencies.
