(Keg at Stadin Panimobaari, 20211008) The beer poured golden and quite cloudy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had wood, fruitiness, tartness and grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, sourness, wood, fruitiness, grapes and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. A delicious tart brew with complex notes.

Panda at home huge thanks to Wingmane for this one. A mostly clear amber orange coloured pour with a halo of whie head. Aroma is big sour funk, brown sugars, green apple, hint of toffee, apple curd, musty funk. Palate is semi sweet, sharp lemon, musty, meelow carbonation. Flavour is composed of rustic grains, spicy sour, lemon rind, green apple, some brown sugar sweetmess. musty grape

Panda at home, massive thanks to the Wingmane for the special delivery, 29/09/21. Very lightly hazed golden copper with a moderate white covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is white grape must, funk, barnyard esters, wooded notes, damp cloth, lemon curd, apple core. Taste comprises base funk, prunes, white grape skins, pear, apple core, mellow acidic throat scrape, damp hay, farmyard tones. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light drying close with a subtle acidic kiss. Solid kit.

From tap at Ammutsøn during Zwanze Day 2021. Dark golden, clear body, with a moderate, yellowish head. Aroma of quite juicy white grapes, white wine, funk, moderate apple, slight wood. Tastes beautiful, quite similar, while with more deep funk and smooth white wine notes. Medium, slightly creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes smooth, medium dry, medium sweet, moderate funky, slightly spicy, with apple zest, juicy white grapes. Tasty! Lovely combination of juicy grapes, vinous notes and characterful funk, which works especially well in the taste. not among my favorite grape lambics by Cantillon, while another elegant and smooth one. Score: 8 / 4 / 9 / 4 / 17
