Keg at Brother’s Beer Bistro, Ottawa. Dark brown, creamy head. Licorice and grapefruit up front. Mid sweet with medium-full body and dense, rounded mouthfeel. Licorice and tobacco, hints of saccharine. Mid bitter finish.

A deep dark black ipa with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, nice chocolate malt with light resinous hops, light mineral notes, light licorice, pleasing. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with light coffee notes, resinous floral hops , light mineral notes, light licorice. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.
