Growler from Mill Street Brewery, Ottawa. Cloudy mahgay colour, small head. Milky nose with some red wine. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Red berries, butter and light oaky tartness. Low bitterness. Pretty decent, but lacks complexity and need more of that oaky tartness.

Pours a slightly hazy red-orange colour with a fizzy mocha-coloured head that disappears pretty quickly leaving no lace. Sour nose with medicinal notes and hints of cherries, caramel. The taste is really odd with chemical plastics probably from the Brett and wood-nut-yeast lingering. Not sure what is going here, but almost a drainpour. So far from the great Duchesse De Bourgogne for this style.

A reddish copper amber ale with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light ground cherry, light herbaceous character, light mineral notes, grassy hops, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light butterscotch notes, light ground cherry, light Brett, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at Ottawa location.
