Bottled at Ottawa gathering. Almost clear golden, rich head. Honey, elderflowers and ginger up front. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Guava, honey, rooibos and citrus. Long bitter finish. Well made.

A golden saison with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana malt with cloves, light mineral notes, herbaceous hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a tad too sweet, ripe banana, light cloves, herbaceous character, light juniper, alcohol warmth, very nice. Tasted with GRM and Omhper, March 2017.
