A dark copper golden ale with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with grassy hops, treacle, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, treacle, cereals, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Nitro Keg at Brothers Beer Bistro, Ottawa. Clear amber, rich creamy head. Bready caramel aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and creamy mouthfeel. Caramelly and a bit husky. Mild spicy hops lead to a mid bitter finish.

Nitro version at the Loon. Pours a mildly hazy golden-amber colour with a creamy warm cap, everlasting with great lacing. Grainy malts aromas with caramel notes and nice fruitiness. The hops show up a little bit more in the taste with some nice fruity and caramel malts. A pretty good nitro bitter ale.
