Enjoyed at Pub Chelsea and took picture there. Hazy golden with an amber hue. The head is creamy, warm-coloured with good stay and creamy lacing. Light Belgian Ale yeast aromas with malty fruitiness. The taste is pretty sweet, very rich. Caramel, fruity malts with mild hops in the finish. Yep, this is a pretty rich brew. Nice to try, but very, very sweet.

Keg at Gainsbourg, Gatineau. Clear golden, small head. Peppery nose with orange marmelade and marzipan. Mid dry with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with hay and bread. Bread and white pepper. Mid bitter finish. Well made, if a bit boisterous for the style.
