Biere cuivrée à base d'orges d'Auvergne dorges caramel et de cèpes. Le cèpes apporte des arômes de sous-bois, qui restent discrets et n'emportent pas le palais. Cette bière est équilibrée et titre à 5° seulement. Elle reste ainsi rafraîchissante et très aromatique.

Bottled. Hazy amber, mid sized head. Sugary stable aroma. Sweet with medium body. Sugar and peach, some grain. Mostly peach in syrup. Low bitterness.

330ml bottle [Thanx Claudius!]. Cloudy copper colour with huge, firm, frothy, moderately lacing, white head. Slightly grainy aroma, some caramel malt, a tart touch. Taste is slightly caramel malty, a citrus touch, a somewhat neutral, slightly grainy touch (maybe that’s the cepes).
