Draught@SOPP2016 Helsinki. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some slight wheat and mild spices. Flavour is fruity, floral, some spruce, mild spices and also some slight wheaty notes. Refreshing brew.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry floral, weeds, minerals, grass, rye, hay, fruit stones, yeast, almond essence, dried grain, bark, old wash cloth. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, leafs, minerals, sour grass, yeast, almond essence, dried grain, bark, fruit stones, paper, soil, rye. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish dry mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea.

(Keg at Gastropub Nordic, 20160806) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, grass, Belgian style yeast and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, hoppy and bitter. A pretty nice saison.

On tap @ BØ 15. Pours hazy orange, with a creamy head. Aroma is wooden yeast, with fruity notes of apricots. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is quite hoppy with orange peel and apricots, as well as tart yeasty wood and some fruity notes.

Small glass, tap at the brewpub. Next to clear dark golden body. Spotty lacing from a filmy layer. Dark fruity aroma, hints of red orange. Malt-fruity flavours, details of orange, lemon and berries. Backbone of caramel malts. Bittersweet finish. Medium bodied. Tasty (Oslo 14.03.2016).

500 ml bottle. Clear deep golden body with a big, lacing, white head. Aroma has fruity yeast, pale malt and hint of berries. Flavor is light and fruity with pale malt, berries like currants, sweet grapes and hint of tangerine. Not very complex really, but sure a nice and fruity Saison.

Medium offwhite head. Clear amber body with light carbonation. Fruity watermelon aroma with spicy notes. Sweetish tropical fruit and spice taste with herbal notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish lemongrass and wood aftertaste with spicy fruity notes. Lingering funky finish. Nice, drinkable, full of flavour. (0.5l bottle, from wine monopoly, Storo. Batch #30.)
