Jo detta är (vad vi vet) Sveriges första Kask-Kollab.
Oppigårds har gjort receptet som är en lättare och somrigare variant av deras Amarillo. Både alkoholen och beskan har dragits ner ett snäpp och pellets har bytts mot hela kottar som fungerar bättre i Bengts bryggverk. Den har också torrhumlats för lite extra arom. Detta öl är exklusivt för Akkurat och Oliver Twist.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 1 Sep 2017) Amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with notes of toffee, orange peel and caramel. Malty taste with caramel, toffee, some black-currant, citrus and a balanced, slightly earthy, bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Quite nice.

Cask at Oliver Twist. Amber with no head. Aroma of grapefruit, grass and knäckebröd. The same in the taste. The body was light and the finish bitter.

Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear amber. Generous aroma of grapefruit and tangerine. Mid dry with light-medium body and soft, firm mouthfeel. Bread, grass and grapefruit. Long bitter finish. Quality all the way.

Cask @ Akkurat. Notes of knäckebröd, apricots, herbs and some tropical fruits. A nice mix of a traditional english IPA and american hops.

Cask at Akkurat. Pours amber with a creamy head. Aroma of caramel malt and hops. Taste of knäckebröd, orange peel and grass. Nice smooth brew and a good cover of Oppigårds Amarillo.
