Bottle picked up at Redchruch. It pours hazy yellow - golf with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, sweet lemon character, lemon sherbets, straw, cracker, yoghurt and soft herbal vibe. The taste is crisp, tart, loads of sour lemon, good mouth - pucker, lactic, yoghurt, sherbet, herbal and some citric acidity with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Thankfully herbal character is not over - done. Rather tasty stuff!

4.7% sour. On tap at The Bottle Shop Bermondsey. Hazy pale gold colour. Herbal sour aroma. Yes a lemony sour un the mouth with some fruit and herbs in the flavour. Some lemon yoghurt. Herbs are ok. In fact it’s somewhere between lemon drizzle cake topping and lemon sorbet and yoghurt. Pleasant enough palate wakener. A third was enough though.
