We are extending our Community Beer Project with another beer! This is a fine pilsner brewed with Barke Pilsner malt, wheat and light and medium caramel malts. Hopped with Summit and Hallertau Tradition in the boil and Hallertau Blanc dryhop. Cheers!

(Bottle, 11 Aug 2019) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of crisp-bread, apricots, orange, grass and herbal hops. Malty, taste with bread, honey, apricots, orange peel and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh an tasty, with a fairly fruity and hoppy touch. Quite nice.

bottle from Vezzo, Östersund. a really impressive beer that had so many lovely hops in it it felt more like an IPL than a pilsner. beauty. (22/2/19) --- Bottle at home from systembolaget. 3.7 to 3.4. Still a decent beer . (27/5/19) --- Tap at Skoogs Logi, Funäsdalen. A very well made hoppy pilsner but I wouldn't say it is IPL. Great stuff. 3.4 to 3.6.
