G’Way is an old skool American style IPA, brewed with Pale malt, Cara Blond and Wheat. For the hopping, we used Colombus for bittering with a big dose of US Cascade as the flavour addition. We recently got our hands on some fresh Azacca & Amarillo which we used for the late addition, whirlpool addition and the dry hop addition. More dank and resinous than fruity and floral!

Cloudy goldfish orange beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft malts, some cream. Spicy orange peel, a little tangerine and a little marmalade. Touches of lemon and guava. Smooth finish leaves a bitter peel linger. Standard stuff but pretty drinkable.

Draught at 57. Cloudy orange with a thin head. Aroma of crushed fruit and hop. Flavour is chalky hop, orange crush, a little spiced, dry bitter citrus finish. A lot going on here.
