Backlog. SBWF2018. Ambery brown colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is nutty, some bready and caramelly tones with mild citrusy and dried fruity tones to it. Flavour is quite similar to the aroma, but has alcohol pushing through a bit, but not disturbingly much.

(Draught, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 9 Oct 2021) Amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with caramel, apricots, dried fruit and orange peel. Malty, fruity, vinous taste with notes of caramel, candy sugar, dried fruit, apricots and a vinous and warming finish with a mild spicy bitterness. Full body, quite sweet. Quite well balanced quad, with a good sweetish fruit character. Nice one.

Appearance: Dark amber colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Malt, caramel, spices, dried fruit, sugary.
Body: Full body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, caramel, spices. alcohol, sweet.

Sample at SBWF 2018. Dark amber with a small head. Sweet with dried fruit, caramel, light spices and some nuts. The body was full and the finish long with warming alcohol. A decent one.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Clear mahogany colour, coarse head. Aroma of brown sugar and nutmeg. Very sweet with full body and rounded, sticky mouthfeel. Syrup and brown sugar, dates, nutmeg and marzipan. Low bitterness with discrete heat.

Bottle @ sbwf 2018. Poured dark brown color with a thin off white head. Aroma has nutty, bready malts, caramel. Stingy, warming with nutty notes, sweetness, caramel. Warming spicy finish. Hides abv nicely.
