Draught@Nolia Beer 2019, Umeå. Golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, green apple skins, mild herbs and some funk to it. Flavour is funk, some green apple skins, mild sour wood with some earth. Kind of beery, but with strong cider elements, thanks to the apples.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 4 Oct 2018) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with notes of citrus, peaches, hay, apples and spicy hops. Fruity, slightly tart taste with citrus, apricots, apples, spicy yeast and a balanced herbal bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Not really balanced, but interesting. Enjoyable.

Bottle from systembolaget. Pours brown with a yellowish head. Aroma of apples. Drinkable saison and cider mash-up, fruity, balanced bitterness, drinkable.

Sample at SBWF 2018. Hazy golden with a small head. Mild with tart apples, some funk and light bread. Nothing special.

Keg @ sbwf 2018. Golden clear, thin white head. Tart, bit sour apple notes. Mild funk. Medium bodied. Not for me.

Keg at Stockholm Beer Festival. Hazy deep golden, small head. Mild tart apple aroma. Tart with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Green apples, some lemon. Low bitterness.
