(Bottle) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with gooseberries, elderflower, lemon, apricots and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with notes of elderflower, lemon, gooseberries, pickled cucumber, rye bread and a dry finish with low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Really tasty, with a fresh acidity and a nice elderflower presence. Very nice.

Bottled (from Systembolaget Umeå). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is mild tart wood, elderflower some slight almost chiliburn notes. Flavour is tart wood, some slight chili'ish burn,elderflower and slight acidicness.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, sourness, yeast, wet wood, oak, citrus, lemon. Flavor is rather sour, malt, yeast, wood, tart fruit, citrus, lemon. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and rather acidic finish. 270120

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Hazy dark yellow with no head. Aroma is malt, baking yeast and lemon. Flavour is malt, baking yeast, lemon, sour, citric, dry, lemon peel and sour.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Funky, Bretty, lemony and spice nose. Kinda light in body, again lemony sour and spicy peppery with that unfortunate underlying baking yeast note that you so often find in Sours - it really disturbs an otherwise interesting beer.

Bottle. Pours solid yellow. Fruity aroma of oranges and elder flowers. Fruity, big bodied and drinkable.
