DESCRIPTION

Amity is a New England style IPA.

We used the Vermont yeast strain to get some real peachy, stone fruit notes in the beer.

Then matched that with El Dorado, Galaxy, Azacca and Citra hops to bring the full on fruit to the party.

The result is a bountiful, thick, layered NEIPA.

Goes well with bigger boats and shallow water.

Can at home from clapton craft. A translucent dull orange coloured pour with a rocky white head. Aroma is nice mixed tropical white grape, tangerine, soft stone fruits, wheat. Flavour is composed of semi swet, light tangy white peach, nectarine, kiwi fruit, white grape, soft wheat. Palate is semi sweet, soft, tickle carbonation. Good.

Can shared@The Sympathetic Ear, Brixton, London (29062019) - hazed up orange colour pour with a white head. Sweet fruity with some citrus fruity notes, minerals, light zesty lemon rind, medium body, hoppy light bitter finish. Not doing much for me.
