Rustik. Trevlig och livlig palett. Ganska torr. Gott.

A bit mild this one. Did not know the style before I came home. Would maybe tried a bit more to understand this beer. Pale yellow in the glass with a fine head. Ok lacing also Decent intensity in the aroma. Yeast, herbs and apples A pleasant carbonation level made it easy to drink Also a mild acidity Herbs, pale malt, mild citric and some apples in the flavor Session able in the summer sun [Bottle at Gulating in Gamlebyen – Fredrikstad, Norway]

(Bottle, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm) Pale yellow colour with frothy, quickly diminishing, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of lemon, grapefruit, lactic acid and flowers. Fruity, tart taste with grapefruit, lemon, unripe tropical fruit, peaches, wood, grass, flowers and a tart, lactic finish. Light body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing with a fresh acidity. Quite nice.
