Clear pale yellow beer, small aery white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very smoky, funky, bit fruity. MF: soft carbon, light body. Taste: very smoked, watery,s oft acidity. Aftertaste: more smoke, watery, grains, little bitter.

F: thin, white, quick gone. C: pale straw, hazy. A: malty, a lot of smoky tones, smoked meat, hint of fruity, mineral, wheat. T: malty, wheat, smoked meat, mineral, charred wood, very nice, light to medium body, low to medium carbonation, interesting, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from LIBF 2017 in Leuven.

On tap at Haand Festival. An unclear pale yellow colored beer with a nice white head leaving some lacing. Fruity, lightly bready aroma with smoked ham and sausage. It’s medium bodied, smooth and quite dry on the palate, with a pleasant bitterness and some salty hints. Smoked meat, generic fruityness, some lemony hints and bready malts in the flavor. Long smoked finish. A thirst quencher that could probably do well with some meals as well. 160528

Straw color. Aroma: malt, a little smoked, a slight fruity. Taste: malt, slightly smokes, watery, very drinkable.

Hazy olmost white with a white head - Some smoke in the aroma along with somw wheat notes - malt body with some smoke notes - The malt and the smoke notes goes into the finish - This was nice and refreshing

At Strefa piwa, Krakow, February 2014. Shared with lovely Anja. Clean dirty yellow, lasting white head. Smoke, tingling, charred wood, not to intense. Some bitterness, very light, soft carbonation. Quite a lot of smoke, like a light smoked cheese. Very interesting and praiseworthy beer.

Draft sample @ Haand fest ’16, Drammen. Shared with the Norwegian tasting crew. Dorée, paille, col blanc. Arôme est pure merveille, malt froment fumé à fond et fine pointe d’amertume en rétro et nez fin fleuri assez plaisant tranchant avec ce côté fumé. Palais est léger, super rafraichissant avec une dose généreuse de malt froment fumé, note de chêne. Le tout complété par un houblonné polonais noble ajoutant des notes d’amertume assez modérées mais restant dans une zone rappelant le Saaz.

Butelka 330ml z datą ważności 31.10.2015 (więc trochę po terminie, aczkolwiek dobre), temperatura degustacji 12 stopni +, szkło firmowe z Grodziska. Aromat: wyraźna dymna wędzoność od drewna, po jakimś czasie nuty winne, owocowe estry. Barwa: jasny słomkowy, dużo osadu na dnie butelki, jest bardzo delikatnie przymglone, bardzo ciężko nalać bez osadu bo jest go dużo (mi się nie udało). Piana: biała, obfita (nalewanie na trzy razy), średnio pęcherzykowa, opadając zostawia ślad na szkle, ale do klasycznej koronki do dużo brakuje. Smak: podobnie jak w aromacie aczkolwiek więcej jest tego dymu do tego wysokie wysycenie co sprawia że nie ma odczucia pustki (wodnistości), jest wytrawne orzeźwiające, delikatna nutka chmielowa. Jak dla mnie całkiem dobre klasyczne( parametry) grodziskie. Niestety nie wiem jak smakował oryginał bo nie piłem więc mogę się odnosić tylko do tego co podaje pspd, ale jak dla mnie lepsze od piwa z Grodziska w smaku i aromacie bo w wyglądzie przegrywa.

Quite refreshing and easy drinkable beer.
Unclear pale golden color with an ok white head. Decent intensity in the aroma. Light body and an ok carbonation. Mild peated, wheat and mild salt in the flavor.
