Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Very dark brown colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Cinnamon and candy notes. Average moderate bitter flavor. Strong cinnamon and ginger notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Dark Brown, small head. Mild herbal Spices meet caramel and chocolate up front. Mid sweet with above medium body and Clean, rounded mouthfeel.Mild medicinal herbs, fudge and notes of licorice. Mid bitter finish. Well made winter warmer.

(Keg at Bar Bronco 2, 20181221) The beer poured deep mahogany coloured and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had caramel, clove and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, grass, caramel, clove, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, spicy and bitter. A surprisingly pleasant spiced brew.

Fra fat på Ølbaren i Elmegade, 26.11.18: brunsvart med tett skum som varer hele veien ned. Mørke bær, karamelkix, feit sjokoladekake med bær og vaniljekrem. Julestemning i et glass, og den varte helt tilbake til lejligheden.
