Wheat beer, the mildest of our four beers, very refreshing and aromatic with the characteristic taste of the Majorcan “blat xeixa” (bread wheat). White colour, foamy high head. Lemon flavours added in the second fermentation. It has a bitterness of 15 IBU and an alcohol content of 3.7% vol.
Sullerica “Blanca” wheat beer is made with a small part of barley malt, wheat malt and Majorcan unmalted wheat, two types of hops, a special yeast, water of Sóller and lemon peel from the valley.

Bottle at Cerverseria Santa Anna. A dark cola brown coloured pour with a a halo of tan head. Aroma is semi sweet, rustic woody malts, liquorice, bark, earth. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, thin earthy dirty grains, robust roast, bark, liquorice,, little thin. Mineral. Palate is crisp, dark dry roast, highish carbonation.

Bottled, from Del Món , Palma de Mallorca. Dark brown, enormous lively head. Very slight nutty nose. Mid sweet with light body and spritzy mouthfeel. Hazelnuts and caramel. Low bitterness. Too spritzy and diluted.

Casi negra de abundante espuma cremosa ocre. Efervescente. Aroma notable, vainilla, coco, chocolate. En boca es ligera, con gas bien presente sin llegar a molestar, pero haciendo más duro el trago. Sabor ahumado y seco, con maltas tostadas y café predominante.

Bottle 33 cl. Very dark, nutty brown with a beige head. Nose is more nutty than roasty - hints more Brown Ale than Stout. Thin body, watered down roastiness, a little licorice and a slight, lurking tartness. Thin and poor and possibly infected. 090217

Flaske på La 5á Puñeta, Palma de Mallorca: mørkebrun med fint beige skum som varer. En nydelig mix av lys kaffe, sjokolade, appelsin og litt vanilje. So smooth. Og denne heller beskjedne tapasbaren er verdt en gjenvisitt pga det gode utvalget av lokale mikrobrygg!

bottle from sa cisterna, old alcudia city area. murky brown, fluffy light brown head. herbs licorice, roasted malts, faint dried dark fruits, flavor is roasted malts, bitter herbal notes, notes of wood, boozy notes, there is something in this one that is not ordinary for a porter, full bodied and with a rich flavor, with a lot of complexity.
