Booming Rollers™ is a showcase for the juicy awesomeness of Citra hops. These new wave American hops impart a remarkable aroma and flavor, which we've amplified with the dark stone fruit character of New Zealand-grown Motueka hops. Some Centennial is thrown in to balance the tropical fruit party, and the malt body is just assertive enough to support Booming Rollers' snappy bitterness. It's a party in your mouth and all the beautiful people are invited.

This brew is a hazy orange color with a medium thick fluffy white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of piney hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, piney hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering citrusy hop aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

On tap. Pours a clear gold-amber with a medium, creamy, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of peach, pale malt, caramel, lemon, orange, tropical fruit and light pine. Sweet flavour of biscuit malt, caramel, mango, peach, lemon, orange peel and pine with a dry, mildly bitter hop finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Nice.

Can. Hazy orange with a fluffy white head. Aroma of wintery grapefruit, somewhat doughy crackers, peach, some medicinal soap. Lightish bodied, slightly creamy texture despite fairly high carbonation. Sweet with rather vague malt, lots of fruity and somewhat astringent hops, highish bitterness. Quite juicy as they say, but I would have liked it cleaner and less astringent.

Draught @ Bishop’s Arms, Västerås. Poured slightly hazy golden color with a thick white head. Citrus peel in aroma, pretty much the white skin of the fruit. Some grapefruit. Biting bitterness. Flavor has citrusy hops, grapefruit, grass. Really biting finish. Straightforward.

On tap at Lost and Found in DC, pours a murky, dark gold with some lacing, white head. Nose is solid, orange, grapefruit, zesty, some soap, straw, grass, some mild kumquat. Flavor is solid, citrus juices, grapefruit, lemon, orange, kumquat less so, grass, straw, soap. Finishes bitter, medium bodied. Nicely done.
