Booming Rollers™ is a showcase for the juicy awesomeness of Citra hops. These new wave American hops impart a remarkable aroma and flavor, which we've amplified with the dark stone fruit character of New Zealand-grown Motueka hops. Some Centennial is thrown in to balance the tropical fruit party, and the malt body is just assertive enough to support Booming Rollers' snappy bitterness. It's a party in your mouth and all the beautiful people are invited.

On tap at BierCraft UBC, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out some dank citrusy and tropical fruity hops upfront, along with biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of piney and citrus hops upfront, followed by dry biscuity malt. Light malt backing but structured impeccably well. Excellent.

On tap at BierCraft with Jamey and Brad. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma is slightly sweet, lots of tropical fruits (pineapple, mango). Taste is smooth, tropical fruits notes. Piney and flowery bitterness aftertaste. Good one.

Can shared at Beavertown - big thanks to Bruce. Pours clear gold with a white froth head. The aroma holds pine, citrus fruits, light rind, pale bread. Medium sweet flavour with light gooey pine, more pale malts, tangerine, lemon. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Good balance in the finish, with juicy citrus notes, light oily pine, supporting pale bread sugars. Really solid overall.

Pour is a clear golden with a large white head. Aroma is a great tropical fruit hop. Flavor is again a citrus fruit with a strong bitterness on the back end. This is my kind of IPA. No malt to get in the way of the hops. This beer is pure fruity hop goodness.

I thought I’d had Modern Times beer before but apparently not making this can from BMart even sweeter than the free gift that it is. Golden pour white head fairly standard looking. Nose is tropical fruit and herbal. Tastes herbal, of pineapple, peach, light resin, and water crackers. Slight spice on finish. Refreshing IPA not really a standout though.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a very clear golden color with a white head. The aroma is fruity and tropical with mango, pineapple, some grass and kiwi. The flavor is the same with some good biscuity pale malt backbone and medium grassy bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel with big tropical/grassy notes. Nice.

Draught @ The Rover. Pours clear pale golden with a frothy white head that leaves some soapy fluffy trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity with crackers, pink grapefruit juice, pineapple, papaya, star fruit, tropical fruit hard candy, moist grass, pine needles and lemon zest. Taste is bitter and fruity. Mouthfeel is slightly crisp, dry, soft and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit, pineapple, star fruit, moist grass, pine needles and lemon zest. Amazed how fresh this feels despite the long journey here. Very nice fruity West Coast IPA.
