Booming Rollers™ is a showcase for the juicy awesomeness of Citra hops. These new wave American hops impart a remarkable aroma and flavor, which we've amplified with the dark stone fruit character of New Zealand-grown Motueka hops. Some Centennial is thrown in to balance the tropical fruit party, and the malt body is just assertive enough to support Booming Rollers' snappy bitterness. It's a party in your mouth and all the beautiful people are invited.

Keg at Brewdog Clerkenwell, London. A golden coloured pour with a healthy white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, tropical fruit aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus, tropical fruit. This wasn’t in great condition but was still decent enough, would love to try it fresh from the source as I really like this brewery.

On tap at BrewDog Clerkenwell. Typically American ipa. Over carbonated. Hops are ok if faded a bit too sweet. Toasty caramalised hops. Some harsh bitterness. Not too oxidised but not fresh either and the harsh carbonation is too much for me.

Tap at Mikkeller Bangkok. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grassy Citra hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a smooth, fresh, tropical fruit, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Draught at BierCraft Wesbrook, Vancouver
Hazy dark blond color with creamy head. Mild aroma of citrusy hops. Smooth mouthfeel, lean, with moderate residual sweetness; crispy blond malts, they contribute to an agile and pleasant canvas, and strong resiny hopping, a bit piney, a bit zesty.
I usually like more fruitiness, but this is a very good modern IPA.
