A really interesting find on tap at Hop and Hound. Rad, Eric! A pinkish red pour, juicy, a soft soda fizz head. Wonderfully tart mixed berry fruit aroma. Juicy, long lingering berries. Raspberry and strawberry for sure. I touch on the jammy side. Hinted what background. A fantastic sour brew. Love this.

On tap at Valhalla Zagreb. Murky pinkish/red coloured, small off-white head, raspberry and touch of multivitamins in the nose. Milky raspberry, touch of berries, some notes of lactose and distinct tartness in the finish. Well done.

Tap at Valhalla. Milky red-pink-amber. Off white head. Raspberry jam, strawberry? Like my great grandma's jam... Almost. Because then lactic acid kicks in. Balanced tho. Raspberry taste, lactic, full but drinkable, solid tartness. Very nice!

It pours a cloudy orange red, small head of foam, more of a fizz, bits of sediment that I see whilst pouring.
Ha ha, nice aroma of sour raspberries, lactic acid, wee bit of vanilla, yeasty.
Raspberry tartness is way to my liking. Lactic acid there but compliments the fruit. Vanilla barely noticeable. But I don't care aboot that. Sour level aboot 3/5.
Light body that gets thin in the finish but overall, a most enjoyable brew.

Tap. Sampled with the Rb Crew on the 09/05/2018 at "Rbabarrab", Copenhagen. Murky pink colour with a minimal pale pinkish head. Aroma of berries, vanilla, yoghurt, wheat and some spices. Taste is Brett, berries, tart and yoghurt. Medium body and tart finish. Next one please!

Tap. Hazy red-purpleish color with small white head. Aroma is berries, wheat, a bit herbal. Taste is berries, wheat, tart, green herbs, yoghurt. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good!
