Pint at the Cantina, in the Mexico area of Epcot. Pours a hazy, yellow color, with a small, foamy, off-white head. The nose is roasted corn, rye toast, lime zest, and coriander. Almost dry and grainy, with a grassy bitterness. Light body, crisp, and sticky. Pretty nice.

Poured from the tap. Mostly clear blonde with small white head. Slightly Bready mild biscuit malt, carby lager. Not a ton of depth. Meh.

16 oz. can from The Bat Cave. Pours a crystal clear yellow color with a large white head and excellent retention. Lots of active carbonation. Good lacing. Smells like a standard pale lager. Tastes like a standard pale lager too, with only a hint of the rye. It's a clean, smooth, well made lager even if it isn't very unique. Medium-light body and medium-light carbonation. Low carbonation. Enjoyable.

Poured with a massive oversized and thick meringue like head. It was a gentle pour but it just went nuts in the glass. The nose is quite interesting and I quite like it. Fresh grains, fresh bread, lightly floral. Its all restrained, balanced, and very nice. Flavor is balanced, clean fermentation profile but a raw graininess, bran flakes yes (says Per), floral and catty hops. Light bodied, but the high carbonation keeps it lively and interesting. Lingering rye grain flavors. This is really very good. What a nice surprise.

Keg at Jardín Chapultepec, Mexico City. Lightly hazy deep golden, small head. Husky bready nose. Mid dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Bran flakes and honey. Fairly low bitterness. A tad unusual, but quite likeable.

On tap at Jardin Chapultepec, pours a clear gold with some sticky, white head. Nose has yeast, grain, some bread. Flavor has some honey, then some grains, more lemony grains of paradise than rye, yeast, dough. Dry finish. Fine.
