Referat fra høstmøte i Jæren Fråholdslag 17.08.24. Stor takk til Brynes Spedisjon&Import, som hadde sørget for en omfattende møteagenda, i hovedsak bestående av svenske produkter. Vi har tatt fram kveldens siste, og skåler for söta bror (og oss selv). 0,33 flaske: brunsvart med kort skum. Røstet malt, karamller, kakao, vanilje, mørke chokolader og litt urter. Ganske slank for sin ABV, og tørr avslutning med chokolade. Mye ettersmak. Skål og god natt.

Draught@Umeå Beer Festival 2024. Black colour with a mediumsized off-white foamy beigeish brown head. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, some roasted tones along with mild alcohol and some slight spiciness. Flavour is chocolate, coffee, some toasted and mild nutty tones with some alcohol sweetness and mild spiciness to it.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 1 Oct 2022) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of coffee, chocolate and liquorice. Malty, roasted taste with dark chocolate, coffee, liquorice, black bread and a balanced roasty bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well made and balanced imperial stout. Very nice.

Keg at Artut, Östersund. This one didn't really do it for me. Came across as more of a strong porter than a stout :( (3/2/20) ---- Bottle. Small tasting. This time it came across very strongly and aggressievly. Strong coffee ending. Probably nicer not on midsommar day :D 3.2 to 3.1

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Black, small beige head. Aroma of licorice and coffee. Mid sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Salmiak and licorice, some dark chocolate. Peppery bitter finish.
