On tap at Brewdog Birmingham, pours a hazy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lacto, tart red fruits and gentle acidity. Flavour reveals lacto, medium acidity, and some rotting apple cores. Not too well-blended. Meh.

Keg at BD Canary Wharf, 20/11/19. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is pissy passion fruit, light lime zest, damp straw, funk, elderflower twang. Taste comprises tangy orange, sharp zesty lemon, elderflower, passionfruit pissoi, hay bale. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy hop bitterness and a raw sour edge. Solid stuff for the ABV.

Brewdog Canary Wharf. Keg. Light haze on this orange- gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, decent fine carbonation. Light malts. Mildly tart orange, tangerine and a touch of lemon. Light finish. Straight up but not too sour and pretty drinkable.

Keg at BD Aberdeen. It pours hazy deep orange with a thick, foamy off-white head. The aroma is musty, funky, white grape, gooseberry, granny smith apple, zingy citrus, greengage, lime and sherbet. The taste is crisp, dry, puckering, zingy citrus, grapefruit, pomelo, lime, plenty of sherbet, sour candy, minerality, splash of acidity and granny smith apple. Finish is dry and puckering. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Quite vibrant. Brings me back to the sour candy of my formative years.
