Brewery draught, 8/9/23. Clear dark brown. Light tan head instantly to ring. Nose is almost all coffee, thankfully. Light vanilla, no sign of the sugary adjuncts. Clean, no booze, excess sugar/roast. Rich, thick, viscous, sweet fudge and huge dark chocolate acidity. Good attenuation with sweet vanilla and only light cookie sugar. Wow that's shockingly well-done on account of the significant, balancing acidity and coffee-like roastiness. Love the big viscosity. Still finishes sweet, inevitably, but much better than expected. Would be incredible without the nasty, sugary, cookie addition!

Pours very dark brown. Medium sized, creamy, darkly tanned head. Smell is coffee, roasty. Taste is full, roasty, intense, coffee ( bit green) , rather sweet, yeasty.
